...then you might like Seihantai na Kimi to Boku add

These two are basically the same manga. Female MCs Narumi and Miyu are bubbly and bright with pink hair. Male MCs Hirotaka and Yusuke are soft-spoken, blunt guys with glasses who don't have issues talking with people, they're just introverts. The main point of the plot in both series is about the main couple getting familiar and comfortable with each other, which starts immediately. The main difference is obviously the setting, Wotakoi is a seinen with an adult cast and an emphasis on work/otaku culture, Polar Opposites is a shonen romance in the high school setting. One thing I didn't like about Polar Opposites though was it's heavy reliance on cutesy romantic interactions, which can get repetitive and annoying. Like I get it, they are in love. Wotakoi is a lot more realistic. Both also have amazing humor, but it was easier to notice the humor in the Polar Opposites anime.

Journal with Witch and The Ramparts of Ice both take a brilliant deep dive into the male and female psyche and social norms; they also both have a female MC who is reserved and very intense. (I will be counting both Asa and Makio from Journal as MCs) Some differences are that Journal focuses on dealing with grief, loneliness, and discovering/becoming the person you want to be, in addition to addressing the differences of a younger and older generation. Whereas Ramparts focuses on coping habits people use to also deal with loneliness, but with slightly more romance elements, in the usual high school setting

If you liked Nana add

...then you might like Carole & Tuesday add

Carole & Tuesday is clearly heavily influenced by Nana. Both are telling a story about the frienship of two completely different girls, they start living together, music is a major story element. The main difference is that Carole & Tuesday is more like a traditional shonen/shojo where as Nana is a Josei. (PG vs PG13 or M). Another difference is that Carole & Tuesday is heavily music focused, whereas Nana is more of a drama/slice of life/romance, and music is more like a topping than the ice cream.

If you liked Mob Psycho 100 add

...then you might like Boku no Hero Academia 7th Season add

Mob and MHA are made by the same studio and they are very similar at their core. Main character is a below average guy who gets strong or is already strong, but they must also learn about inner strength and companionship. There are some school elements, and you really get involved with the side characters and villians.

If you liked Samurai Champloo add

...then you might like Jigokuraku add

They are both historical and are focused on the journey but also the destination. Both Samurai Champloo and Hell's Paradise have interesting takes on one's purpose in life and or discovering it. I really like Hell's Paradise because it's not too long, doesn't waste your time, and hits all the necessary story beats. It is a model modern shonen imo
