If you liked Mahou Sensei Negima! add

...then you might like Love Hina add

Same artist, similar storyline but Negima has much more to it than Love Hina. Also the lead characters are fairly different which adds to each series in its own way.

If you liked Monster add

...then you might like Death Note add

Both are psychological, detective dramas. The difference being that Monster is a seinen and Death Note is a shonen hence Monster has none of the annoying characters and general bull that goes on in Death Note.

If you liked One Piece add

...then you might like Fairy Tail add

Similar lead characters and art but there's magic in Fairy Tail while there's pirates in One Piece :D
