I was reading your review for I Made Friends with the Second Prettiest Girl in My Class.

I definitely agree that the main couple's dynamic is great and Connect did a solid job, but seeing a 6 here feels pretty wild when MAL is filled with way weaker rom-coms rated 8 or 9. What I appreciate the most about this show is that in just 12 episodes, it managed to give us actual, healthy progress—something other shows fail to do even after 3 endless seasons of dragged-out misunderstandings and the cliché "will they/won't they" trope. Maki's parents' drama, even if a bit rushed, breaks the typical wish-fulfillment mold and gives the story a much-needed reality check.

If you yourself admit their chemistry carries the show way better than other series in the genre, why tank the final score with a 6? It felt like you brushed it off as just "meh" when it actually puts more to the table than most high-rated rom-coms you recommend. What kind of criteria makes you feel this lacks substance compared to those longer, repetitive shows?

In the original universe the colour of your light sabre is defined in the moment of its creation and stays like that. Here the colour can change dynamically. (Also the sabre should be "forged" and one can't create such on their own.)

There are some interesting light sabre colours in the original universe too. For example Ahsoka's sabre originally is green, but the new ones she creates after changing alignment to forces are white, since she is more neutral.
