Yo bro, I saw your comment on JoJo Part 7. I wanted to tell you, to do what is most fun for you. Want to skip Part 5 and 6? Do it, there's no rule against it. With that being said, I do hope that you don't skip them, as I do believe Part 5 and 6 to be the best Parts. If you don't mind my advice, I would recommend you watch Part 5, and Part 6 after that, and watch Part 7 with every new episode that comes out. Hope you enjoyed Ep 1 of Part 7.
