Most likely, though given how this show handled two movies as recaps of S1, you might get a few episodes that cover some of the movie material. But that’s just a guess, and if I had to bet money I’d say they won’t recap that third movie in S2. But beyond any of that, the movie is just worth watching. The artwork and animation is even better than in S1. There are some astounding moments.

Movie 3 covers the most graphic part of the story. It’s new material, so for the plot it’s important to know, but if you are sensitive to visuals of child torture, you could probably read a synopsis about it and be fine.
Although though the manga is more graphic, I found it easier to read it, I guess because still images don’t come with the sound and movement, which made it a difficult experience to watch.
